Lisa has more than 15 years experience in the nonprofit sector working with diverse individuals and community-based organizations. She oversees Flintridge Center’s broad range of capacity-building programs to expand and strengthen the knowledge, skills and resources of nonprofit leaders and organizations. Her responsibilities include designing and implementing a multifaceted training curriculum that meets constituents’ infrastructure and programmatic needs, as well as directing the operations of the Philanthropy Resource Library. In addition, she coordinates the mentoring agencies participating in the Mustangs Mentoring Program and introduces opportunities, resources, models and trends in youth development, education andmentoring that will benefit organizations and individuals involved in Flintridge’s collaborative projects.

Lisa has served on numerous nonprofit boards and is currently on the board of Child Care Information Services. She also serves as chairperson for Partnership for Children, Youth and Families. Before joining Flintridge in 2002, she worked at the University of Southern California and at the Pasadena Public Library in information services. Lisa received an A.A. from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles, a B.S. in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University.

Lisa received Mentoring & Partnership for Youth Development’s Community Services Award in April 2011 for her dedicated contributions to building the capacity of nonprofit groups serving our community.
