To improve the quality of life for children, youth and families in Northwest Pasadena and Altadena.

Apprenticeship Preparation Program — Flintridge coordinates a coalition of grassroots organizations, unions, city agencies and a community college assisting former gang-affiliated and at-risk young adults to gain entry into the construction trades. Fact sheet (PDF)

Capacity-Building Services — Flintridge provides educational programs and resources designed to strengthen the management and fundraising skills of grassroots organizations serving children, youth and families. Fact sheet (PDF)

Mentoring Programs — Flintridge matches high-need youth at Washington Middle School with volunteer mentors from the Pasadena Police and Fire Departments and coordinates a partnership of community organizations providing mentoring services for John Muir High School and other Northwest Pasadena students. Mustangs on the Move — Flintridge manages a community partnership offering more than 20 after-school tutoring and enrichment activities at John Muir High School. Fact sheet (PDF)

Northwest ECHO — Flintridge furnishes customized training and capacity building to a collaboration of 23 grassroots organizations serving at-risk youth. Fact sheet (PDF)
