Quality, affordable meeting space is available at the Flintridge Retreat Center seven days a week and weekday evenings. There are two suites that may be reserved together or individually. Each has a kitchen, modular tables and chairs, and a training capacity of 32 people. One room is equipped with state-of-the-art presentation technology.

The Retreat Center can accommodate a variety of meeting space needs, such as presentations, board meetings, retreats, strategic planning sessions, workshops and seminars, staff trainings, interviews and jury review panels.

Pasadena nonprofit and neighborhood organizations with annual budgets less than $1 million may use the Retreat Center at no charge. The rates for other organizations and businesses are on a sliding scale basis. Please see fee schedule below.

The LCD projector and audio system can be connected to a laptop computer (you must bring your own), the Retreat Center's DVD player, VCR or your own media device from anywhere in the room.

During business hours, there is street parking only. Lot parking is available evenings and weekends.

A minimum of two weeks advance notice is recommended to reserve meeting room space as availability is limited. A site visit is required for all first-time groups to go over the details of room use.

Your request will be acknowledged as soon as possible. Once availability has been determined, we will call you to confirm your status and schedule a site visit (if required).
