Your request will be acknowledged as soon as possible. Once availability has been determined, we will call to confirm your status and schedule a site visit (if required).

GUIDELINES FOR USE

In order to maintain accessibility for all groups, we ask that you adhere to these guidelines.

  • The group’s contact person (the person who participated in the site visit) must be present during the entire meeting.
  • The Retreat Center is for business-related purposes only.

The following are prohibited:

  • Posting of signs and use of tape or other adhesives on any building surfaces.
  • Moving tables from room to room.
  • Taping items to the walls, or writing on papers attached to walls.
  • Decorations that may damage the walls or furniture.
  • Confetti.
  • Pets, with the exception of service animals.
  • Leaving the suite door open, other than when participants arrive and depart.

AGREEMENT

I have read and understand the Flintridge Retreat Center Reservation & Agreement including guidelines for use. I, on behalf of the organization listed, agree to comply with the terms. I understand that Flintridge Center is not liable for any items left after our meeting.
