Councilmember Kennedy Visits

We were honored to have John Kennedy, Pasadena Councilmember from District 3, visit Flintridge Center and hang out with our Apprenticeship Preparation Program class. Councilmember Kennedy truly understands the need for our programs in the Pasadena community, and we’re grateful to call him an advocate for Flintridge.
We couldn’t do the work we do without the support of the Pasadena City Council. In 2010, the City Council named Flintridge Center Pasadena’s Institutional Home for Violence Prevention/Intervention and Positive Youth Development. In this role, we convene and communicate with organizations in our local community that are invested in breaking the cycle of community violence, in order to identify gaps in services and provide the highest level of support to all community members.
