Flintridge Center’s Team Retreat

The Flintridge Center team started the month off with a two-day staff retreat. We headed to Monrovia Canyon Park to reflect and discuss shared goals for organizational culture.

Staff learned more about the Flintridge history from team members that have been with the organization from the beginning, and ended the day creating vision boards for the coming year. Excitingly, a bear decided to join us for the afternoon!
