Chris (pictured above on the job) graduated from the APP at the end of 2019. Before the program, he was working in retail and making minimum wage. Since graduating from the class, he has been a member of the Ironworkers union and work has been steady. “This is most definitely my career now; there’s nothing else like it,” Christian shared.
