Lisa has more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector working with diverse individuals and community-based organizations. As the Director of Research & Evaluation at Flintridge, Lisa is responsible for the systematic evaluation of all Flintridge programs and collaborations, staff development and institutional learning. In addition, she coordinates the Youth of Promise Mentoring program as the Program Specialist. Lisa also introduces opportunities, resources, models and trends in youth development, education and mentoring that will benefit organizations and individuals involved in Flintridge's collaborative projects.

Lisa has served on numerous nonprofit boards and is currently on the board of Jericho Road Pasadena. She served as a chairperson for the Partnership for Children, Youth and Families for three years as it transitioned to an all-volunteer run effort, and continues to provide support to the collaborative. To commemorate her outstanding work, Lisa has received multiple awards and honors, which include the Mentoring & Partnership for Youth Development's Community Services Award in 2011, the Marge Wyatt Advocacy Award from Child Care Information Services in 2012 and the Community Hero Honor in 2015 by the Pasadena/Altadena Coalition of Transformative Leaders.

Before joining Flintridge in 2002, Lisa worked at the University of Southern California and for the City of Pasadena's public library. Lisa received an A.A. from Mount St. Mary's College in Los Angeles and a B.S. in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University. Lisa also has a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University and has pursued graduate studies in Organizational Leadership.

Lisa loves working at Flintridge because of the team's passion for the population they serve and the genuine effort they provide in helping make a difference in people's lives. Lisa strives to continue providing life-changing opportunities to the constituents of Flintridge and hopes to make Flintridge the most effective it can be in helping to transform lives. During her free time, Lisa enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, reading and spending time with her family.
